After receiving the product, the product will be inspected within 5 business days. After this the refund will be issued within 3 business days!

General Return Policy

Returned items that do not meet the criteria below may receive a partial refund of the item's value or not be refunded at all. To be eligible for a return, the exact item you purchased must be returned.

The item(s) must be in the exact condition in which it/they were received:

  • Our warranty sticker must still be existing.
  • Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use beyond the condition of the item listed or how it was received.
  • All parts must be intact.
  • Must be returned with the original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or items used to package and protect the item.
  • Must include all items included in the original packaging, such as cords, cables, remotes, manuals, warranty and discount cards, free gifts or bonus items.
  • Items must have original labels, tags and/or associated materials originally included.

Parts and Accessories

  • Parts must not be installed before.
